Well, I finally broke down and set up my very own Blog. Mike's so bad about updating his I figured with our new cable internet connection (woo hoo!) I could maybe be a little better about updating one. So you'll be treated to all of the inane sites I visit and my insipid blatherings from time to time.

Ooh, hey, notice the spiffy new buttons I added on this page. Two are for conventions that are still under construction but they're local so I figured what the heck. I'm gonna support my local fandom scene, by golly. And then I broke down and made a spiffy STAR OKC button. I also made a button for Beyond Uber, a fan fiction site that I troll for every Sunday. And finally I made a little button advertising my favorite OKC radio station--The Spy! Give 'em a listen on the web.

Shadow Patriot by Mark DubbinNot much going on at the Hodge Lodge right now. It's July in Oklahoma which means it finally got hot. We've been hitting the high 90s and low 100s for a couple of weeks now and let me tell ya that swimming pool feels darn good on hot days.

A friend of mine from Las Cruces, New Mexico got a book published. Mark is a helluva nice guy so do yourself a favor and head on over to Amazon.com and check it out.

Let's see...new on the site are some more archived reviews: Holey Crullers #1–6 plus the Pin-up Special, Independent Voices #1, Infested #1, The Jamar Chronicles #1, and Jersey Devil #7–11.

I survived Mike's High School Reunion. Didn't know many people there and sadly, Mike's friends from high school were too putzy to come to the reunion. He did see a few people he knew but not really any he hung out with a great deal. I think he'll have more fun at my reunion next year. I survived Mike's High School Reunion.
