Well, Mike's 20th High School Reunion is this weekend. It actually begins tonight with an informal mixer in Bricktown but we elected not to attend that (mainly because of me and my anti-social tendencies). Tomorrow is a picnic and tour at the High School. In the evening is their more formal buffet dinner and dance. Needless to say, I won't be dancin' being the horribly repressed person I am.

I did have to go shopping for some suitable "business casual" attire this week. I used to own one dress but when we moved I purged my clothes and decided I hated that dress and donated it to a local charity. I think my mom was hoping I'd buy another dress but I opted for the slacks and jacket look. I ended up with a nice outfit if I do say so myself but it set me back $145. The shirt and slacks were on sale and pretty cheap but the jacket cost $100. Couldn't find anything on the sale rack that looked as nice in black so I spent the bucks.

And then I had to buy shoes! My pair of black boots, that I could have gotten away with wearing if I'd polished them up, bit the big one after painting the house. I forgot one too many times to change my shoes when it was painting day. My mom kept showing me black flats suitable for a management position at [insert fast food restaurant here] but I wanted shoes that I could also wear with my jeans so I got some black Skechers. All in all, a successful clothes shopping experience for me which is saying a lot because I HATE to shop for clothes.

Anyway, new to the site are some archived reviews: Electric Girl #6, Far West #1–4 (of 4), Far West #1–2 (of 2), The Fix #1, Gear #1 (of 6), Gear #2–6 (of 6), Geisha #1 (of 4), Geisha One-Shot, and Get Real Comics #1.

Hey! No new reviews yet but I did add four "new" old reviews to the archives page: Desperadoes: Epidemic!, Electric Girl 1 & 2, and Dr. Bob & Irving! #6. At this rate I should be done by the new year. Woo hoo! Just kidding. I hope....

I'm not even gonna make excuses for no reviews. You already know what a lame-ass puke I am.

But, I have put the archived comic reviews here. Okay, not all of 'em. I'm still in the process of formatting the whole steenkin' lot for Flooby but I'm making progress. Really I am. If I were a stylesheet stud and not hopelessly addicted to FrontPage I'm sure I could do it a lot quicker. *sigh*
