What to expect:

Arrive Friday evening, registration will begin at 9pm and opening circle will begin at 10pm. Everyone will be assigned to a touch group at this time. Each participant will attend all activities with their touch group. Lights out at midnight.

Planning more potential Social Action activities

We have a big day planned on Saturday including a presentation about Social Action, small group activities, and a trip to the Oklahoma Regional Food Bank. After all the hard work, we will end Saturday with fun activities and a short worship service. Again, lights out at midnight.

More youth dancing

After closing circle on Sunday morning, all participants are invited to attend our regular Sunday service.

The Rules (known as the BIG FOUR)

  1. No drugs, alcohol, or consumption of any medication without the prior knowledge of parent and advisor
  2. No sexual behavior
  3. No weapons or violence
  4. Respect all persons and property. Each person is empowered to speak up if they feel that they have been disrespected.

What else:

You must pre-register, we must know of all participants prior to the conference. All Middle School YRUU are invited to attend, this will include youth 11-14 and/or 6th-8th grade. This event is not appropriate for those youth who have already taken part in high school YRUU events. There will be a 1 to 6 ratio of adults to youth. Each touch group will have at least one adult assigned; this adult will be expected to interact with the youth assigned to their group during the conference. Other adults will be available during the conference to assist each group.

How to Register:

Use the Youth Registration link and fill the form out. You will need a valid e-mail address to receive the response forms that you will need to print out and bring with you.
