Last Day of School
Well, I'm out of school for the next week and a half. The kids are out of school until September. Yay for them! I'll go back July 6th to work half days during the summer session at Shorecrest High School.
It's sad to be breaking up the Fircrest group. Several folks aren't coming back next year and more will be at Shorecrest with former Fircrest students when the regular school year begins. Everyone promises to stay in touch but I know how life gets in the way of that.
I've requested to stay at the Fircrest school. We'll see how that goes. I'm hopeful that the Fircrest contingent at Shorecrest can come by for visits with the kids.
In the meantime I've got a week and a half to thin E's house and pack up the kids for their month-long visit to Oklahoma. Then I'll be back at it with my student at Shorecrest for the summer session. I hope he likes the change and doesn't give me too much trouble.
